Range 40 East, in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, run thence North
16opp~ West, along the East ~ighL-of-way 11ne of said Railway Company, 88.23 feet to a
concrete monument and the Point of Beglnning of the lands. herein described:
frorn said Point of Beginning continue North 16°00' Nest, along the East right-of-way line
of said Railway Company, 88.22 feet to a concrete monument; thence North 80~54' East, .
lg6.15 feet to a concrete monunent; thence East 91.64 feet ta a concrete monument on the
West side of Indian River D~ive; thence continue Ea~t, 126.2 feet to a stake on the Nest :
shore of Indian River ; thence, meandering the West shore of Indian River, run South ;
16°20' East, 105.4 feet ta a stake; thence West, 127 feet to a concrete monument on the
West side of Indian River Orive; thence continue Nest, 121.22 feet to a concrete monument; ~
