THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 3rd day of July, 1979,
upon the Motions for dissolution and/or for discharge of lis pendens
filed by the Defendants, JOHN R. DIEHL and LOUISE H. D~EHL, and the
Court havinq examined the Motions and having he~rd the argument of
counsel, and the Court finding that the initial pieading f iled in this

cause does not show that the action is founded on a duly r~cordea ins-

i Plaintiff did not make application to this Court for an order permi~ting
