ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
It appearing from the evidence before the Court that
ROY BROWNING has willfully failed and refused to pay the child
support as required by the Order of this Court entered on the
6th day of April, 1978, and is, as of this date June 29, 1979,
in arrears $3,145.00 including Court Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such fai~lure he stands
in contempt of this Court but may purge himself of this contempt
by hereafter paying $204.00 by August 29, 1979 and the $2,941.00
arrearage at the rate of $10.00 per week, each and every week
II~ commencing July 7, 1979. These payments to be in addition to the
~ regular $40.00 per week support payments provided for above, making
I
~ a total payment of $50.00 per week, plus the statutory Clerk's
fee of $2.00. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or
; money order.- If Respondent fai1S to do as provided above, upon
written affidavit of the Petitioner, a Rule to Show Cause shall
be issued.
~ JURISDICTION of this cause and the parties hereto is

~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~

~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
