be discharged, it therefore is -

1. The Report of Distribution of the personal rep~esentative is approved. ~
2. The personal representative is hereby discharged.
3. The surety on the personal representative's bond is released of further liability
on it.
4. The estate is declared to be fully administered and is closed.
