~ ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before me this day upon the ,
petition for final discharge of SARAH E. PEEK LEE, a/k/a SARAH E.
PEEK LEE PATTERSON, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
RUBY MARSHALL, deceased, and it appearing to the Court that the said
SARAH E. PF~EK LEE, a/k/a SARAH E. PEEK LEE PATTERSON, has satisfactorily
d-istributed all the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said
decedent and she has distributed the assets of this Estate in accordance
with prior Order of this Court, and that the heirs and beneficiaries
of this Estate are sui juris, and that they have consented to the
discharge of said SARAFi E. PEEK LEE, a/k/a SARAH E. PEEK LEE PATTERSON-
as such Personal Representative by an instrument in writing which ~ias
heretofore been filed in this Court, and that the said SARAH E. PEEK
LEE, a/k/a SARAFi E. PEEK~LEE PATTERSON has performed all other acts

necessary to her final discharge and there being no objections to the
entry of this Order, and the Court being fu11y advised in the premises,

~f ORDERID and ADJUDGID that all of the assets in this Estate shall

be distributed to the said SARAH E. PEEK LEE, a/k/a SARAH E. PEEK LEE
