deceased, and the Court findino that the Estate has been properly
distributed, that claims of creditors have been paid or otherwise_
disposed of, and that the personal representative should be dis-
charged, it therefore is
ORDEItED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Report of Disttibution of the personal representative
is approved;
2. The personal representative is hereby discharged; and
3. The Estate is declared to be fully ad.ministered and is
closed.
