under this Wi11. In the event my husband should oredecease cne, or
in unable or unwilling to serve, then and in either event, I
appoint my brother, RICHARD HOPPER, JR., of Fort Pierce to serve =
as personal representative. I direct that no bond be required of
the personal representative under this Will.
VII.
Powers of the Personal Representative: The personal
representative named in the Will and his successors and the partie
serving in his stead shall have all the powers and protection
granted unto Trustees by statute at the time of application, in
addition to and not in limitation o1 any com~on law or statutory
authority, and without application to any court, they shali have
the powers and responsibilities described below, to be exercised
in their absolute discretion.
A. with regard to both real and personal property for
the purpose of obtaining funds for the payment of taxes, claims
and costs of administration, payment of gifts. and making distribu
tions, management of property and for every other proper purpose,
they may acquire, retain, invest, re-invest, exchange, lease,sel2.,
~ mortgage, pledge, transfer and convey in such manner and in such

~ terms as they may deem advisable, even for the terms beyon d the

i expected administration of the estate, and no vurchaser or lender
~ shall be liable to see to the property of the transaction or the

~ application of the proceeds.
E B. to pay expenses that are reasonable in the judgment
