W I T N E S S E T H: -
The party of the first part on the 2nd day of Ju lq, 1979,
pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Judge of Saint Lucie County,
Florida, dated the 2nd day of July, 1979, and in consideration
of the premises and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, grants, bargains, sells, a?iens, remises, releases and conveys
and confirms to the party oi the second part and to her heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in Saint Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
"Lot 7, Block 3, SUNNY ACRES SUBDIVISION,
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25, public records
- of St. Lucie County, Florida".
TOGETF~R with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments ~
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
