RIDER TO WARRANTY DEED FROM GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION TO ~

future alterations or modifications, all plans and specifications shall '
be submitted for approval to Grantor. G~antor shall review the data ~
submitted as to aesthetical, functional and economical confo~mance with Y
the area and its proposed development and Grantor agrees that such ~
approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. ~

3. The parties acknowledge and agree that the p~emises shall be used
for the sole.purpose of a maintenance compound and any modification or
change in such use will require the consent and approval of Grantor.
4. The Grantee further agrees that it shall not erect, place or allow
to be placed, any sign or other advertising matter in and about the subject
property without the written consent of the Grantor.
5. The Grantee further agrees that it will comply with all lawful require-
ments of the Board of Health, Police Oepa~tment, Fire Department, Municipal,
County, State and Federal authorities respecting the manner in which it uses the
subject premises.
