THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the riotion for Payment
from the Registry of the Court on behalf of the Defendant,
MARY E. CARLTON, a/k/a MARY ELIZABETH CARLTON, for the payment
of the sums of money set forth in the Declaration of Taking
herein and the identical good faith estimates of value set
forth in the Order of-Taking herein, as to Parcel No. 111, said
sum having been deposited in the Registry of the Court on the
25th day of May, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in hte
' premises, it is upon consideration, ~
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
