The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as a lineal
descendant and heir at law.of the decedent JESSE REYNOLDS. The names and
addresses of all lineal descendants and heirs at law of the decedent are
as set forth in paragraph 3 and the na~ and address of their attorney
is as set forth at the end of this Petition.
~2. Decedent, JESSE REYNOLDS, whose last known address was
521 N. 24th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on January 1, 1959, at
Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate at the time of the death of the decedent, their addresses and
! relationships to decedent, and the ages of any who are minors, are:
