had his domicile in this county and died owning real property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida. :
5. The only asset in thls estate and the estimated value of ~
said asset is as follows:
Lot 2, Block 2, HEI.EP11 HAMMUND SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 7, Page
23, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. $4,500.00
6. The value of the entire estate subject to administration in
this state, less the value of property exempt from the claims of creditors,
does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. 11ie decedent has been dead for more than three years. .

9. It is proposed that an Order be entered declaring those ~
heirs and beneficiaries set forth in paragraph 3 above to be the legal heirs
of the decedent, JESSE REYNOLDS, at the time of his death and that said
heirs and beneficiaries were entitled to distribution of the estate assets
at the time of the death of the decedent as set.forth below: -

10. Subsequent to the death of the decedent, JESSE REYNOLDS, all
heirs and beneficiaries set forth in paragraph 3 above conveyed all of their
~ interests in the real property, which is the sole asset of this estate, to

~ the Petitioner, Willie Bryant. Copies of the deeds executed by each of the

~ respective heirs conveying their interest in said property to the Petitioner -
~ are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and are by reference made a part hereof. ~
11. It is therefore proposed that the real property described
