12. After the exercise of reasona~le diligence, petitionere
are unaware of any unrevoked vills or codicils of decedent.
Petitioners request that an Order of Sumaary Administration be
entered directing distribution of the assets in the estate in_accordance
with the schedule set forth in paragraph 9 of this petftion.
Under penalties of per~ury I declare that I have read the fore-
going and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge and belief.
