The undersiqned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Blanche Lilyan Wilkison, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on the 27th day of November,
1976, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on December 8, 1976.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Personal Representative.

3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
mak.i.ng payment, settlement or other dispositiori of all clai.ms
and-debts that were presented and by paying or making provision

~ for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
