KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT FIRST CITY SAVINGS `
AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, Lucedale, Mississippi, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10,00), and other good and
valuable considerations not herein mentioned, the receipt
of all of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
hereby cancel and release from that deed of trust on file in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, recorded in Land Deed Record Book 247, Page
963-965. dated December 18, 1975, in the names of Carl A.
Davis and wife~ Hilda A. Davis, that land given as security
described as follows, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block 252, Port St. Lucie Section Six,
according to_the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 12~ Page 36, 36A through 36D, Public Records,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
First City Savings and Loan Association, Lucedale,
Mississippi does hereby relieve and release the sa~d Carl
' A. Davis and wife, Hilda A. Davis of and from any and all

~ further liability or obligation to IItake the payments provided
~ for pursuant to the terms of the said Notesand Deed of Trust
; above referred to, and First City Savings and Loan Association,

~ Lucedale, Mississippi hereby agrees that it will not institute

i any action, suit, claim or demand in law or in equity against

~ the said Carl A. Davis and wife, Hilda A. Davis for or on
~ account of the indebtedness secured by said Notes and Deed
~
~ of Trust nor on account of any failure of performance of any
~ of the covenants or terms of the said Notes and Deed of Trust.

r This release in nowise affects the remainder of the property

given as security in the loan made by First City Savings and
