THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on this day of

used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include a11 the
parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of

WHEREAS, Grantor is seized in fee simple and in possession of
the roadways shown on the plat of Bay Colony of Stuart and Bay Colony
~ of Stuart, First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 7 at Page 56,
Public Records of Martin County, Florida and Plat Book 19 at Pages
l.and 7 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
; WHEREAS, Grantee is seized in fee simple of a parcel of land
situate between Lots 16 and 17 of said subdivision as showr, on the

~ plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19 at Page 1 of the Public
~ Records of St. Lucie County, Florida as "not included"; and

WHEREAS, Grantor has agreed in consideration of the sum of
~ Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to

~ grant to Grantee an easement or right-of-way over the roadway

~ described below for the purposes and in the manner e:cpressed below;
