21. Frtwti Aira~ees. -Upon requat by Borrower. Le~der, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortga~e. may make Future Advances to Bormwer. Such Future Advances, with i~terest therooo. shall be securcd by this
Mortgaee when evidenoed by promissory nota stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At no time sha{I the principal
amount of the indebtedness securcd by this Mor~gage, not including sums advanced in aocordance herewith to protect the
