John W. Cooper, of full age, being duly sworn upon his
oath according to law, deposes and says:
1. I am an attorney-at-law licensed to practice in the State
of New Jersey. ~ was admitted to the Bar of New Jersey in 1955.
A substantial portion of my practice is devoted to probate
~ matters.

~ 2. Our firm represented Marion A. Hudson during her lifetime
~ and the Executrix of her Estate upon yirs. Hudson's death.
~
€ 3. Mrs. Hudson had three children during her lifetime. All

~ of her three children survived her, to become her iitestate heirs.
~ 4. Her said children are Richard D. Hudson, Ann H. Cam bell

~ and Phyllis H. Thorndyke.
