MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND STOCK-
HOLDERS OF SUERICH ENTERPRISES
INCORPORATED.
A special meeting of the Directors and Stockholders
of SUERICH ENTERPRISES INC. was held on June llth 1979 at
the offices of the Corporation.
Charles Kowanetz and Ronald A. Fisher were present,
and the purpose of the meeting was to authorize Charles
Kowanetz President the right to purchase and sell any Real
' Property that•the Corporation may own or have under option.
