upon payment into tt}e Reqistry of this Court of the deposit hereafter
specifiedj and that said deposit of money will fully secure and
fully compensate the pereons lawfully entitled to compensation, as
will be determined ultimately by Final Judqment of the Court, and
which said sum of money to be deposited is in no instance less than
the value of each parcel of said land, as fixed by the estimate of

described in the Complaint without further notice or Order of this
