a certain mortgage deed executed by JOSEPH D. FARISH, JR. and

RAY C. OSBORNE, to WALTER PILOT and KATHRYN PILOT, his wife, bear-
ing date the 12th of September, 1973, recorded in Official Records
Book 218, page 2903, in the office lf the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the prin- ,
cipal sum of $3,750.00 and another note in the principal sum of

$87,500.00 and assigned by Assignment of Mortgage dated May 28, ~
1974 by WALTER PILOT and KATHRYN PILOT, his~wife, to BYRON R. ~
CAMERON and MARY C. CAMERON, his wife, said Assignment of Mortgage
being recorded in Official Record Book 252, page 1153, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That BYRON R. CAMERON and
MARY C. CAMERON, his wife, are the rightful owners and holders of
the aforesaid mortgage deed by virtue o~ that certain Owder dated
March 1; 1978, recarded in Official Record Book 7449, pages 959
and.960, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Broward
County, Florida,_and certain promises and obligations set forth in

~ said mortgag~ deed, upon the property situate in St. Lucie County,
~ Florida, described as follows, to wit:

The North 250 feet of the South 1500 feet of
Fractional Section 32, Township 35 South, Range

hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said notes and
