ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion for Order of
Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is therefore _
_ ADJUDGED that JOHN KENNETH CAMP is now adjudged guilty of .
willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay attorneys
fee payments as directed by Judgment duly entered herein, a copy of ~
which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is here-

by sentenced to`serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County jail, Fort Pierae,
Florida, commencing on the 23rd day of June, 1979;
4 PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (eighter before or after
~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $407.50 (arrears

; and costs) to FEE, KOBLEGARD & TEEL, P.A. It is therefore

~ ORDERED that ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA take into custody the said JOHN KENNETH CAMP on the.said date
and deliver him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the
execution of the above described judgment and sentence. The CLERK OF
THE CIRCUIT COURT and THIS COURT shall be promptly notified of his
arrest.
