THIS CAUSE was heard on the 13th day of June , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavi[ for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner bein~ present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, ~
and the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having ;
been represented by an uttorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimuny of ;
the parties and being Eully advised in the premises, it is therefore

ADJUDGED that .ARL T. SPIVEY , the Respondent, had the r
financial abili[y to pay the sums hereinafter reEerred to and is now adjudged guilty
of willfu! contempt of [his Court for his willful faflure to pay support pay~nents
as dlrected by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AlV'n ADJUDGED that as punishment for coni,empt he is hereby `
scntenced to serve 30 davs in the St. I.ucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Fl~,rida, t
