THIS CAU5E was heard on the' 13th day of June , 1979, upon the
Motion and Affidavit for Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and
the Petitioner bein~ present in open~Court in person and represented by counsel,
and tt~e Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented b_y an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the testimony of
the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that STANLEY KERR , the Respondent, had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is noMr adjudged guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payrrents
as directed by order duly entered herein. It is
ORDERED AI3D ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida,
co~mencing on August 13 , 1979, or as soon thereafter as he can be found.
! PROVIDED, NOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after

~ incarceration) and be released by paying the sum of $ 468.00 , plus $2.00
statu[ory fee (arrears and costs) due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuft
~ Court of this County, together with costs of this arrest. You and your duly
~ authorized deputies are therefore
ORDERED TO arrest the said STANLEY KERR on said
date ur as soon thereafter as he can be found and deliver him to the Sheriff of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment and
sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court.shall be promptly notified
of his arrest. It is further
ORDERED thut the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and he is hereby .

until the above arrearage is paid in full to the Department of ilealth and Rehabi-
