FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing and all parties having received
proper and timely notice; the Court having heard testimony and considered the
pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers filed herein, and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, iC is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the minor child, TRAKELIA TAMIKA ROBINSON,
d.o.b. 7-23-77, is declared to be the legitimate child of the Defendant JOHN
ALBERT BACON, and SANDRA DELORES ROBINSON, the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural mother, SANDRA DELORES ROBINSON,
shall have custody of the said child subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable'
visitation; it is further
ORDERED AND AD.IIIDG~ that the Defendant, JOHN ALBERT BACON, the natural
mother, SANDRA DELORES ROBINSON, and the minor child, TRAKELIA TAMIKA ROBINSON,
shall and they are hereby ordered to submit to the Human Leukocyte Antigens
System (HLA) blood test for the determination of paternity of'the minor child.
Said test shall be performed within sixty (60) days of the date of this order
~I and said test shall be at the expense of the Defendant, JOHN ALBERT BACON; it is
further
~ ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
~ and reserves ruling as to child support until after the aforementioned blood test
! is performed.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this -
