- ALLOWANCE ~
PETITIONER, FIRST NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF ~
STUART, alleges:
1. The decedent, S. Alan Moorefield, died on
19 April, 1979, domiciled in St. Lucie ~ounty,
Florida and is survived by a widow, Virginia
M. Moorefield, whom the decedent was obligated
to support and who was in fact being supported
by the decedent, and who is entitled to a
reasonable allowance in money out of the estate
of the decedent for her maintenance during
the administration of the decedent's estate.
2. A reasonable allowance for the maintenance
would be the sum of $6,000.00 to be paid to
Virginia M. Moorefield,for her use and benefit,
at the rate of $500.00 er month, commencing .
on the ~_day ~of 1979. ~
3. The only person having an interest in this

i 4. The asse ts of the estate are sufficient to

under section_733.707, Florida Statutes.
Petitioner requests that an order be entered authorizing an~
directing petitioner, as personal representative of this i
estate, to pay as a family allowance the sum of $500.00 each =
month to Virginia M. Moorefield, until the sum of $6,000.00 ~
shall have been paid out of the assets of the estate.
