3. The assets of the estate are sufficient to pay all
claims superior to family allowance under Section 707, Florida
Statutes.

the decedent was obligated to support and who was in fact being i

supported by the decedent and who is entitled to a reasonable -
allowance in money out of the estate of the decedent for her :

maintenance during the administration of the estate. ;
