AFFIDAVIT

Before me the undersigned.authority, duly qualified
and acting, personally appeared Lawrence A. Barkett, to
me well ~Cnown, who after being by me duly cautioned and
sworn upon oath deposes and says:
1. Affiant is a duly licensed Attorney at Law
licensed to practice in Indian River County, Florida and
a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
2. Affiant has personally examined Circuit Court
File ~74-1040-CA of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, which
- said file is a Dissolution of Marriage Action between one
Richard G. Ross and one Sharon Ross.
3. Affiant's,examination of said file shows that
Richard G. Ross was personally served with Civil Process for
; this said Dissolution of Marriage Action by the Sheriff on
