BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared ROBERT N. BUSENBARK, who vpon first being duly sworn
did depose and say:
1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of MARIE
M. BUSENBARK, who departed this life on July 22, 1978.
2. That he and the said MARIE M. BUSENBARK, were the grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by wherein
the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, ROBERT
N. BUSENBARK was married to the said MARIE M. BUSENBARK, and that
said marital relationship continued without interruption until
the death of the said MARIE M. BUSENBARK.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
