BIANCO, by and through their undersigned attorney and MYLEE HOMES, INC.
a Florida Corporation, ELLEN GUTERL and JEAN GUTERL, by and through
their undersigned_attorney, and stipulate as follows:
1. That the amount of Six Thousand, Five Hundred ($6,500.00) ~
Dollars has been placed in an interest-bearing escrow account in First
Federal Savings and Loan Association subject to withdrawal upon the
joint signatures of ROGER MESSER, Attorney for the Plaintiffs, and
BEN L. BRYAN, JR., Attorney for the Defendants, or Order of the Court.
2. That same has been deposited pursuant to an Order of t~P ~
~i Court relative to striking a lis pendens on the following described

property, is discharged and dissolved, and the claims of the
