~ Yurchaser, by acceptance and cxecution of this Receipt, ac)rnowledges
fhat this purchase of a condominiurn tu~it at OCFJW VILLAGE OF HUfQiINSON IS1.AM~
is~ subject in every respect to the~ Declaration of Condominiun as to the condaniniw
in which his unit is located and Fxhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the sarne are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and F~chibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and peclaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acla?o~wledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its -
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclanowledges that each and
every pmvision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
~ ment of the Condominiua property and is in the best interests~ and for the benefit of
. all the o~r?ers therein. Purchaser and all oMrners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~
Condominiua covenant and agree to abide by each'and every pmvision of said Declar-
ation of Condomiriiuon and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confinas and approves all of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minius and F.xhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Associativn do.c~enents referred to above and the pmvisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confi~ms
~ that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and i~ressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~nnes the
obligatio~s as to the Property Owners• Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confiYms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as conta~ined in the aforesaid Declarat'ion of Condominiun and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comnon eacpenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association~
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the.same is specifically warranted or gvaranteed
in said Declaration of-Condominiun and the Exhibits attached thereto.
