a principal balance of $ 234,319.77 .
b) Mortgage to Claude Douthit, Jr., et al, dated March 15,
1978, recorded March 15, 1978, in O.R. Book 283, page 1670,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having a prin-
cipal balance of $498,326.59~
c) Mortqage to Claude Douthit, Jr., et al, dated March 15,
1978, recorded March 15, 1978, in O.R. Book 283, page 1665,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, having a prin-
. cipal balance of $166,108.87.
FURTHER SUBJECT TO the lien of a purchase money mortgage delivered
concurrently herewith.
Grantor does not now and has never.resided upon the above-described
real property and the same is not his homestead.
