KNOW ALL 1~N BY THES$ pRESENTS, T'hat the undersiqned,.
for and in consideration of the 8um of Ten Dollars (510.00)
ta it in hand paid by the FORT Pi$RC$ FARMS WATER CONTROL
DISTRICT, a quasi-public corporation orqanized and existing
under the lawa of the State of Florida, receipt whereof is
hereby acknawledqed, does hereby convey and qrant unto said
FORT PIERCB FARMS WATER CONTROL DISTRICT the follo~+ifnq privileqes
arrd easements : .
1: To peicmanently oonstruct, and maintain and repair
in peirpetuity, a water control structure upon and within
the boundaries of the real property nare fully described
as Parcel I on Schedule A, appended hereto and by reference
incorporated hereia. .
2. To ten~porarily use for ingress and eqress and for
construction purposes the real property more fully described
as Parcels II and III on Schedule A, appended hereto and by
this reference incorporated herein, aaid-temporary construction
easement to expire upon completion of construction of the
water control structure referred to in Item l above to be
erected within Canal No. 1 of Grantee.
The undersigned hereby covenants and warrants that it
awns said land and has the lawful right to grant said permanent
and temporary easements.
