. GUARDIAN'S DEED f
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~2th day of Jli„e , ~
1979, between GERARD G. CARUSO. as Guardian of the property of JOSEPH
JAIrII:S CARUSO, a minor, party of the first part; and GROVER CHARLES and
GLORIA CHARLES, his wife, whose mailing address is Route 5, Box 931-A,
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, purs~ant to the
Order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the
27th day of June , 1979, and in consideratio~ of the

sum of $10.00 and other good and valuab~e consideration in hand paid, ~
grants, bargains, sells, aliens~ remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part. their heirs and assigns forever, the
real-propertq in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 13, Block 5, of SUNSHINE STATE LAND COMPANY'S
"JAY GARDENS" - Ft. Pierce Subdivision of SW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section ll, Township 35 South, Range
39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at page 70,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
~ their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.-
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
