RBCBIPT, ACKNOWLEDGMENT, ASSUl~TION AND ACCBPTANCB OF PURCHASER
Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominiua unit at OCFAN VILLAGB OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND
is sub3ect in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in vhich his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to Ehe Declaration of xeferred to '
therein), the By-lawa of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Sxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-LaWS and Declaration
of.Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Bxhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiuan property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
~ all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oWners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every proviaion of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and.Bxhibits.attached thereto. Purchaser hersby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
" aninium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees~that the asBessment under the
Property Owner's Associstion documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable,~ and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms ~
that the Declaration of_Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restricitons of the Property OFmers' Association and said Purchaser assumes the
obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is ~ade or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. ~
