. VICTOR F. OGDEN and DORIS M. OGDEN, his wife, the Grantors,
in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tions received from ROBERT M. HINDSON and SABRA HINDSON, his wife, the
Grantees, whose mailinq address is 6479 Leffingwell Road, Canfield, OMo 44406,
hereby on this ~ day of June, 1979, convey to the Grantees the real pro-
perty located in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 20, Town-
ship 36 South, Ranqe 41 East, run 215. S feet North to
the Point of Beginning; thence run North on Section line
107.75 feet; thence East to. the waters edqe of the Indian
River; thence Southerly meandering the waters edge of
the Indian River approximately 116.18 feet to a point due
East of the Point of Beginning; thence West to the Point
of Beginning. .
TOGETHER with all riparian rights. EXCEPTING there-
from all rights-of-way for public roads.
ALSO, beqinning at the same Point of Beginning, des- i
cribed above, run North on West line of Section 20, a
distance of 107.75 feet; thence West to the East right-of-
way line of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence South-
easterly along the East right-of-way line of the Florida
East Coast Railway to a point due West of the Point of
Beginning; thence East to the Point of Beginning, lying
and being in Section 19, Township 36 South, Range 41 _

and covenant that the property is free of all encumbrances, that lawful seisin
