Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominit~n cov~nant and agree to abide by each and every pmvision of said Declar- ation of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- minitan and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association docum~ents referred to above and the provisions thereof are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acl~owledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitan parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said R~rchaser asswnes the ~ obligations as to the Property Owners' AssQCiation as to.his condominium parcel. ; Purchaser confiYms that all warranties,~representations and induce~nents, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid De~laration of Condomini~,m~ and Exhibits attached there- to, and the comnon expenses and the swns due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only.
