Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclrnowleclges i,~
that this purchase of a condominiun w~it at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUI'(~fINSON ISLAND
is subject in every-respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and ~chibits attached t.hereto, includin~ but not
limited to (wheth~r the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and '
Regulations, copy of projected oporating budget, capy of sales brochure and floor
; plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Ue-
claration and ~chibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Property~Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclmowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
. every provision of the foregoin~ is essential to the sucessful operation ami manage-
ment of the CondominiLCn property ~ and is in the best interests ~ and for the benefit of -
alI the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominiwn covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar--
ation of Condominiun and Fxhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confiYms and approves all of the teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- _
miniuon and Exhibits attaclied~theretd, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confiYms `
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association !
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~an parcel being conveyed to :
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as~to his condominiwn parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are ~
as contained. in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there-

to, and the comnon expenses and the stans due under the Property Owner's Association ~
and other charges are estimated only. No waTranty or guaranty is~made or intended ~
nor may one be relie~except where the.same is specifically warranted or guaranteeti, F
in said Declaration of Condominitan and the Exhibits attached thereto. {
