Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, aclrnowledges
that this purchase of a condominiun ~u~it at OCEAN VILLAGE OF MJTQ~INSON ISI..AND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condotniniun as to the condominiun
in which his unit is located and Hchibits attached thereto, incluciing but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the D~claration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of aparbnent pur~hased by Purchaser, and all Amenclments to the aforesaid Ue-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation~ By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,Froperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further aclrnowledges receipt of and reading auid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each and
_ every provision`of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominiwn~pmperty and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser ancl all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominitm covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of~sa'id Declar-
ation of Condominitan and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the ternis and provisions of said lleclaration of Condo-
mini~,an anci ~xhibits attacl~ed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the .
Property Oamers' Association doctanents referred to above and the provisions thereo~
are resonable,.~air and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confiYms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encunbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~m parcel being canveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obliga~ions under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~.an parcel.
Purchaser confiYms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiuon and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the sLans due under the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the.same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominitm and the Exhibits attached thereto.
