BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly suthorized to
take acknowledgments, person~lly appeared
HARVEY L. LASKY ~ .
who after being duly cautioned and sworn, deposes and says:
THAT he is the attorney for the Purchaser named in the
Standard Deposit Receipt attached hereto;
THAT the deposit recited in said Standard Deposit Receipt
is being held in the escrow account of Blatt, Udell F Lasky;
THAT the undersigned on behalf of the Purchaser named in
the attached Standard Deposit Receipt has demanded that a
closing take place in accordance with the terms of the said
Standard Deposit Receipt and that the Purchaser named in said
Standard Deposit Receipt has performed all conditions precedent -
to be performed by him in order to proceed to closing;
THAT this Affidavit is being recorded to protect Purchaser's
rights under said Standard Deposit Receipt.
