' ORDER ~
THIS CAUSE was heard on the 15th day of June, 1979, upon
the Motion for Contempt previously filed herein by the attorney
for the Wif~, Osborne Walker 0'Quinn, and the Respondent having not
appeared in open Court and the said attorney having appeared in open
Court, and the Court having found that the Respondent, DEREK JAMLS
PFISTER, has violated the terms of the Final Judgment of this Court
dated November 27, 1978, by his failure to pay attor-ney's fees in the
amount of $25.00 for the month of April, $25..00 for the month of May,
and $25.00 for the month of June, and is therefore, ad~udged guilty of
willful contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay the sums
set forth above pursuant to the Final Judgment, a copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof; it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt DEREK
;
~ JAMES PFISTER is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St: Lucie

~ County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on ~~J' 1979.
PROVIDED, however, he may purge himself within ten days from
the date of this Qrder and be released by paying the sum of $75.00 due
as of this da~e to the Sheriff of St. vucie County, Florida, together
with costs of his arrest. Said payments shall be remitted promptly
by the Sheriff to Osborne Walker 0'Quinn, 201 South 2nd Street, Fort
Pierce, Florida; it is further

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that C. L. Norvell, Sheriff, St. Lucie
~
~ County, Florida, or ar~y of his duly suthorized deputies shall and they
~ are hereby ordered to arrest the said DEREK JAMES PFISTER~*on the said
