FINAL JUDGMENT
_ DISSOLUTION OF MfARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 5th day of July, 1979
and the Court having given full.consideration to all the~evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is f

thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: t~
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HEIDI
CHRISTOFFERSEN, Wife, and DAVID MARK CHRISTOFFERSEN, Husband, be,
and tt~e same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing -
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted

~ into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
~ parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. HEIDI CHRISTOFFERSEN be, and

~ she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of HEIDI KIMMEL ~

and use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not inter-

vened. -
~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the '
