DASHINE, whose last known address was No. 4, Quintana Roo Lane, Port St. Lucie, Florida and whose age was 56 and whose social security number is 144-14-2736 died on April 10, 1979 at Lawnwood Medical Center, Fort Pierce, ; ; St. Lucie County, Florida, and at the time of death decedent i - f was domiciled in St. Lucie County; Florida. ~ ~ 3. So far as is known, petitioner is the sole named beneficiary of the estate. _ 4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because ; decedent was domiciled in this county. . 5. Petitioner is qualified:under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's estate and is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen- ~ tative because he is the son of decedent.
