codicil of-decedent.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
June 1, 1976, is in the possession of the court.
Petitioner requests that the dededent's will be admitted
to probate and that he be appointed personal representative of the
Florida estate of the decedent. .
Under penalties of per3ury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
