The cause having come on to be heard upon the prayer
for Temporary Relief as set forth in the Husband's Supplemental
Complaint for Modification of Final Judgment and the Wife's
Motions to Dismiss and Hold the Former Husband in Contempt
~ of Court and the Court having considered the evidence and
arguments of counsel, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGEDs
l. That this Court has jurisdiction of this cause and
all matters related thereto, including, but not limited to -
custody, visitation and support. _

2. The Wife's Motion to Dismiss is denied.
i 3. The Wife's Motion to Hold Former Husband in Contempt
~ of Court is qranted and based upon the Affidavit of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, '
~ ~ ~
Florida it is determined that the total arrearage of the
~
= Husband as of June 28, 1979 is $4,259.00 and the Husband is ~

hereby found in contempt of this Court for failing to pay

~ 4. The minor child of the parties, DOUGLASS GROTEFEND,

~ may visit and be with the Husband in the State of Hawaii -
