ORDER
This. cause came on for hearing on ~he 29th day. of June.
1979, to determine whether MARTY G. HOROiWITZ has purged himself
of contempt of this Court as a result of a previous Order entered
by this Court requiring said MARTY G. HOROWITZ to pay to NADINE
HOROWITZ the sum of $1,000.00 as accrued child support.
Said MARTY G. HOROWITZ being represented by counsel and
giving testimony to the Court, showed that reasonable payments
have been made by the said MARTY G. HOROWITZ in a good faith
attempt to purge himself, it is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED a follows:

' 1. The Court finds no willful contempt by the said MARTY

2. The said MARTY G. HOROWITZ is ord~red to cure all arrear-
