THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Plaintiff's motion to ~
compel discovery, motion for sanctions, and motion for continuance,
and upon the argument of counsel and the statement of the defendants,
and upon the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED as follows: _
l. The Pre-Trial Conference which had been scheduled for
July 3, 1979 is cancelled;
. 2. The Defendant, STANLEY TUCRER, shall have thirty days in
which to comply with the request to produce previously filed by the
Plaintiff; ~
3.~ This case is re-set for trial for September 24, 1979, at
~ 9:30 a.m.
