ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS
TNIS CAUSE came on for hearing before this Court on the
2nd day of July, 1979, upon the Motion to Dismiss filed herein
by the Defendants, DONALD E. JOHNS, individually, and DON JOHNS
PAINTING, INC., a Florida corporation. Having considered said
Motion and the argument of counsel, and being otherwise duly
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion be, and the same is
i hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, PLAZA PAINT AND DECORATING

~ CENT'ER, INC., a Florida corporation d/b/a PLAZA III PAINT AND
E DECORATING CENTER, shall have ten days_from the da~te of this
Order within which to file and serve an accounting of the busi-
ness transactions between the Plaintiff and the Defendants,
which shall hereby be considered as an attachment to the Plaintiff's
Complaint filed herein as set forth in paragraph 13 thereof.
