Trust Agreement clated May 11, 1979.
2. Said Trust Agreanent dated May 11, 1979 expressly provides that ti.tle

fortlnaith in any sua.~essor Z~vstees designated in or appointeci und~er said Trust
Agre~nt without the neoe.ssity of any act. aonv~eyanoe or transfer and that ariy

leges and pow~rs as are givpn to the original R'nistee designated in said Tr~t
A~grean~nt.
3. No Grantee, purchaser or other perso~ dealing with the undersic~ned
Trustee or his suooessar Trustees shall be required to as to the authority
of the Tn~stee to act or be abliged tro see that the ternc~s of said Trust Agregnent
have been oa~lied with ar be obliged or privile~ed to ir~q~; ~ int~o any of the
tern~s of said Trust Agreement. Said Trustee and sucoes~or TYVStees shall have
oa~lete authority and pow~er to sell, e~mber, or transfer title to any of said
trust p~operty~ ~e~1 or perso~al, withaut the voa~sent of the beneficiaries of the
trust ar tYVSts establishea by said TYVSt Agareenent.
