This cause came on this day to be heard on motion of
Henry Beard, plaintiff, through his undersigned counsel of record,
and plaintiff having produced proof of his demand and the law ,

and evidence being in his favor:
IT IS ORDERED, AD.~UDGED, AND DECREED that the default
entered in this case on January 30, 1979 now be confirmed and
accordingly, judgment is rendered in favor of Plaintiff, HENRY BEARD,
granting him an absolute divorce from his wife, Mrs. Katie Collins .
